About Grey Umbrella Marketing
In 2009 I started an event planning company and I was looking for ways to market my company with a shoe string budget. I turned to internet marketing and two months later my revenues were up 210 percent with 86 percent of our sales coming from internet marketing. Four years later I’m doing the same thing for my clients. I called it Grey Umbrella Marketing for two reasons. The first is I would have never gotten into marketing unless the dean of business told me at the time when I was a freshman in college, “I like marketing because it’s not black or white, it’s a grey area”. The second reason is because my company markets for the entire company (umbrella marketing), not individual products and services.
